Dermatology Clinic Website
Medical dermatology center · Acne, eczema, skin analysis, prescription skincare, chemical peels
// Overview
Unlike cosmetic clinics, dermatology patients are making a medical decision — and they require a fundamentally different kind of trust before they'll book. This clinic was losing patients to competitors who appeared more established online, despite having a more qualified doctor. The brief: build a complete website that communicates medical authority so clearly that choosing this clinic over a competitor feels like the obvious, responsible decision.
The Problem
The clinic's online presence projected neither authority nor credibility. Patients searching for an actual dermatologist — not a beauty clinic — couldn't tell from the website that this was a qualified medical practice, and were choosing competitors.
The Solution
A clinically-styled website where every visual and copywriting decision was made to signal medical professionalism — from the typography system to the doctor biography to how patient conditions are described in precise, reassuring clinical language.
// Conversion Strategy
The website was structured to build authority first, then ask for the booking. The first two pages establish medical credibility through credentials, certifications, and clinic affiliation. Condition-specific pages then address the patient's exact problem — acne, eczema, or pigmentation — with language that sounds like a doctor, not a marketer. By the time a booking CTA appears, the patient has already decided this is the right clinic. The experience closes with urgency and a low-friction WhatsApp consultation option.
// Website Features
►Medical authority header — doctor name, specialization, years of practice, and certification logos positioned above the fold, before anything else.
►Condition-targeted pages — dedicated content for acne, skin aging, eczema, and pigmentation, each speaking directly to what brings the patient to the site.
►Clinical process breakdown — a step-by-step explanation of the consultation, diagnosis, and treatment plan process that reduces uncertainty and builds confidence.
►Patient outcome stories — written testimonials with skin condition context, formatted to feel genuine and medically grounded rather than promotional.
►Reassurance close — a final section that directly addresses the fear of being judged, sold to, or misdiagnosed, lowering the emotional barrier to booking.
►Clean clinical design language — white space, precise typography, and a restrained color palette that signal precision and professionalism without feeling cold.
